Cycle Breaker Lab is a live group coaching experience for parents ready to interrupt reactive family patterns, create more emotional safety at home, and learn how to lead with greater awareness, connection, and nervous system steadiness.

This is a live support space for parents ready to stop surviving their family dynamics... and begin changing them from the inside out.

Each week includes:
→ live coaching
→ nervous system support
→ conscious parenting guidance
→ emotional healing conversations
→ real-life implementation support
→ and space to process the moments that are hardest to navigate alone.

This work happens in real time...
inside the actual moments where old patterns would normally take over.

Phase 1: Awareness & Nervous System Capacity

You can’t interrupt a pattern you can’t yet see.

We begin by slowing things down enough to recognize:
→ your triggers
→ your emotional stress patterns
→ the survival responses shaping your reactions
→ and the nervous system overload underneath so much family conflict.

Inside this phase, you’ll begin building more steadiness, awareness, and emotional capacity... so you’re no longer reacting from depletion alone.

This isn’t just a course you passively consume.

It’s a space where you practice noticing patterns, responding differently, and integrating the work in real time... inside your actual life and relationships.

Live Support + Flexibility

All sessions are held live on Google Meet and recordings will be available for participants.

You’re encouraged to attend live whenever possible because the coaching, community, and shared reflections are a powerful part of the experience... but real life is welcome here too.
